The beach is great, but crowded. The guys who work in the watersports area are friendly, helpful, and informative.
The worst part, by far, was the dark, dank room. Not only was it tiny, dirty, and loud with early 90s decor, but the ceiling in the bathroom was falling in. I asked the front desk if they could move us to another comparable room or we would even pay more to be upgraded to a nicer room. The woman, rudely, said she'd send someone to look at the ceiling. The man came and said, in fact, the ceiling is falling in and needs to be fixed. He couldn't do it, but said he would sent someone to do it. They never came. The shower drain got clogged with ceiling chunks and didn't drain properly. It was disgusting.
The entertainment was awful and the food sucked.
