The Tuscany is a fabulous luxury boutique resort offering 30 oceanfront luxury suites. The property is located on 5 acres of landscaped grounds fronting the beautiful white sand shores of Grace Bay Beach. The Tuscany features an Italian inspired courtyard and European style swimming pool, a lighted tennis court, and a fully equipped gym. All of the suites are oceanfront, with an open concept living area. Both living area and master suites feature panoramic ocean view and floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto private, fully screened patios. Every suite is elegantly appointed with travertine marble floors, fully equipped gourmet kitchens, and laundry facilities. Every bedroom features an ensuite bath.

Entering The Tuscany via Grace Bay Road, you are immediately aware that you are entering a very special retreat. To welcome you to your vacation villa resort, The Tuscany features a grand boulevard style entryway. As you traverse the drive, you are swept through the gently bermed and tropically landscaped gardens, passing the tennis court on your right. You arrive at the main reception and lounge area. Upon entering the reception area you are treated to a mesmerizing view of the sparkling waters of Grace Bay.

From the Reception area you will be guided to your private condominium villa via the Tuscan inspired covered walkway--lined with columns and open archways--allowing you to glimpse views of the interior courtyard. The interior of the courtyard, surrounded by lush gardens, gives way to a thirty by seventy foot European style pool and spa with loads of lounging area for those lazy Caribbean days. If you choose to go directly to your Villa, the coral-stone walkways will continue to lead you to the elevator tower which will whisk you away to your own private enclave.

Upon entering the foyer of each ocean view three bedroom villa, you will find two generous guest bedrooms, each with full baths. Beyond the entry hall vestibule is a laundry room and a spacious fully appointed gourmet kitchen with polished granite countertops.

The kitchen opens onto the dining/living area which leads to you own private screened patio. Both living room and screened patio offer floor to ceiling panoramic views of magnificent Grace Bay Beach.

Off the living room lies the spacious master suite which also fronts directly to the spectacular views ocean views of Grace Bay Beach. The master bath leads from the large double walk-through closet and contains a luxurious platform contoured soaking tub, a separate oversized clear glass walled shower and double vanity space.

When you decide to visit the beach, a continuous pathway from the central square of the courtyard will lead you through a thirty-five foot, fully landscaped corridor between the condominium buildings and over the sand dunes via the boardwalk to world-class Grace Bay Beach. In fact, Conde Nast Travel Magazine has declared Grace Bay Beach to be amongst the top ten beaches in the world!
