we had a very pleasant stay! Visited: March 2005 Posted by graced59 I traveled to Puerto Rico with my husband and two kids (7 and 10). Our stay was perfect. The hotel was beautiful - the kids loved the pool. We loved the manager's reception each evening - drinks and popcorn. There was also free internet in the lobby (15 minutes only - which was okay for checking email), and we had a beautiful suite. The Dorado area was outside of San Juan, but close enough to visit the San Juan site. We rented a car and were able to check out Old San Juan (it was too crowded for me), and the rainforest (grea!).
