Q: We will be staying at the Rockhouse Hotel, since it's not all-inclusive, our transfer from the Montego Bay airport to the resort is our responsiblity. Does anyone know how much this will cost, and the best way to go about it?? Thank you! Answer

A: DON'T,I REPEAT DO NOT RELY ON RUN BY NIGHT TAXI DRIVERS THAT IS LOCATED AT THE AIRPORT FOR TRANSPORTATION. CALL THE JAMAICA TOURIST BOARD. [check the web or any travel agency for number] OR HAVE THE HOTEL ARRANGE PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION FOR YOU.AT LEAST THE HOTEL WILL HAVE THE PRICE AND WILL KNOW THE DRIVER EXCORTING YOU TO YOUR DESTINATION. ENJOY JAMAICA MY FRIEND.

A: Go with Clives or Juta for budget...$20 pp each way. Or a private driver will be $50 -$100 each way.

A: The drive from Montego Bay to Negril is about an hour and 10 minutes. Rockhouse is the furthest in Negril so about an hour 20. You can contact Jamaica Tours for transfers. They will run $50/adult and $25/child each way.
