Q: My friend and I are going to the DR for her to recieve stem cell injections at the end of July. We are flying on an international airline that travels from the United States to Puerto Rico then to the Doninican Republic. The airport is only 15 miles away from the resort/hotels, which all resorts/hotels could we be staying at?

Q: we are looking to arrive in Punta Cana from Santiago. There are 2 of us and need to travel to the British Virgin Islands for about 1 week. What is the cheapest way to travel from Punta Cana to BVI. Are there direct flights or should we island hop by boat via Puerto Rico or US VI. Also do Australian passport holders need a visa prior to arrival in Dom Rep.
