Description:

Rambutan Villa is a beautifully appointed villa nestled on the western shore of Nail Bay. Steps away from the villa lie sandy beaches, teeming coral reefs, and verdant tropical gardens. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets and evening cocktails from the river rock pool or the naturally created ocean pool at the water�s edge. Stroll down the hand formed rock steps through lush foliage into the perfumed courtyard.

Open air living areas provide expansive water views and sunsets. A wraparound deck encases the river rock pool that offers timeless sights of a horizon spotted with billowing sails and the Dog Islands in the distance. Sightings of dolphins, turtles and diving pelicans add to your delight.

You'll find elegant suites and living areas with luxury amenities. The suites and bathrooms are supplied with fresh hotel linens, towels and bathing supplies. A two person rainforest shower area provides decadent refreshment with water and garden views. The two person jacuzzi tub entices you to relax, champagne in hand, to the soothing sounds of the ocean.

The master suites are a sight to behold with towering open beamed ceilings reaching 20 feet high with skylights on all sides. Recline onto the pillowtop beds and take in the beauty of the Thai and Balinese architecture. The warm bamboo floors and rustic hewn tiles, the grace of the delicate fixtures, the counter top basins and the flowing wall faucet will captivate you.

The living and dining areas provide dining settings for 10 as well as state of the art audio and visual entertainment systems, including TV, VCR, DVD, CD player and Playstation 2, high speed wireless internet, inclusive of a library of tapes, DVDs, CDs, books and games for all ages.

The kitchen is a gourmand's dream with stainless appliances including a Thermador stove, GE double door fridge, Sub Zero wine cooler, Bosch dishwasher and trash compactor. Create your own culinary masterpiece indoors or poolside on the gas BBQ.

Might we suggest a chef to present your meal while you receive a massage on your private sea view balcony? We would be glad to arrange it for you (extra charge).

Snorkelling equipment for 8 and two double kayaks are beachside for your water activities, explore the teeming waters of Nail Bay, hop across to the endless white sands of Long Bay or kayak to the beautiful waters of Mountain Trunk Bay.

Take advantage of the outdoor patio, dine alfresco or settle into the lounge chairs in the sun, on the deck, in the gardens or on the beach. Rinse off at the beachside shower and prepare for another day in paradise.

The driveway to the villa is lit with beautiful landscape�lights that highlight the canopy of trees, making Rambutan Villa all the more visible as you come towards it in the evenings.

Villa Notes:
Two bedrooms are in the main house while the other two bedrooms are located in the guest annex.

Rambutan features COMPLIMENTARY high-speed wireless internet for the guest that cannot stand to be out of touch!

Private boat pick-ups at Beef Island Airport are available at $250 (maximum�8 guests, RT $450). Pick-ups after 8pm are $300 (RT $550).

You will be met at the airport and assisted to the boat. Light refreshments will be available. All reservations require 10 days notice.
